Our process

What we do and how we do it, in 3 simple steps.

01

Consultation

Our initial consultation is designed to allow us to better understand your personal circumstances, wishes and any questions you may have.

  • This meeting can be carried out in person at your home, place of work, or remotely via an online meeting.
  • We will discuss with you your goals and objectives, whilst highlighting any other area that may be relevant to your circumstances. We will ask for the information of those that you choose to help administer your estate and those who you wish to benefit from it.
  • At this meeting we will also explain the costs involved for our service and how this may be applied to your situation. We will be transparent and up front about these costs. A fee will not be charged without prior agreement.
  • At the end of the meeting we will agree a course of action, and expected timeframes.
02

Guidance

We then provide professional guidance tailored to your needs, preparing your documents for review.

  • We take the time to explain your documents to you using jargon free language to ensure that you are completely comfortable and confident before signing.
  • During this phase we maintain clear communication, transparent pricing and a personal approach to make the entire process straightforward and reassuring.
  • Once your documents have been completed with accuracy and care we send them to you for approval.
3

Review and execution

The final stage is the review and execution of your documents.

  • This is where your will is formally signed and witnessed in accordance with the legal requirements.
  • Your LPA’s are processed via our check and send service or
  • Your estate plans have been implemented.
